We are excited to publicly announce the Innovative Capital Income Fund. This income fund strives to generate monthly income with principal protection for investors through exposure to a diversified pool of secured private real estate debt investments.

It is backed by historical performance of 8 to 10 percent annually, and managed by Dema Zlotin and ICC CEO Travis Likert, each with over 10-year track record in real estate debt financing.

Our four-stage process secures the highest quality deals: 

STAGE 1: Sourcing Opportunities 

Travis Likert and Dema Zlotin, each with over 10-year track record in real estate debt financing and who manage the fund, seek and secure the strongest deals from mortgage brokers, real estate agents, commercial banks, and internal sources. 

Our consistent and high-quality deals flow from long-term relationships and our excellent in-house lead generation. 

STAGE 2: Underwriting Borrower and Property 

We do a thorough evaluation and background check of each potential deal before we commit. We have a long list of due diligence in place that each client must fulfill to ensure success on all sides. 

STAGE 3: Invest and Securitize 

In this stage, we dot all our Is and cross all our Ts. The deals are secured and begin bringing in monthly income. 

STAGE 4: Ongoing Loan Management Until Maturity 

Next, we’re sending investors monthly payouts for each loan in the fund until maturity. Investors can sit back and watch their investment give an ROI.
